Pat Fahy
Head of Banking Technology, Fraud & Security Architecture
Pat has nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in banking technology, fraud systems, security solutions, treasury platforms, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data architecture. He spent most of his career at a Tier 1 Bank, where he held roles including Technical Project Manager, Developer, and Solution Architect across the bank’s IT Change function. Pat brings deep hands-on practical expertise in architecting fraud, core banking, trading, security and data solutions within complex Tier-1 banking environments.
Soumen Paul
Founder, CEO & Consulting Practice Lead
Soumen has over 22+ years of security experience, and passion for information security. He led delivery of large information security transformation programme (circa £200m to £2bn). Soumen holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) degree in Electrical Electronics along with CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CSSLP. NCSC qualifications.
Shiv Patel
Head of Security Consulting Practice
Shiv has over 20+ years of technical security consulting experience within cyber security, information security, personnel and physical security domains across multiple industries and regulatory frameworks. An excellent communicator with the CxO stakeholders delivering high-quality results.
Shiv holds a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA along with CISSP, CISA, CAISP and CRISC qualifications.
Vince Warrington
CISO & Head of Security Risk Management
Vince has over 20+ years’ experience in cyber security and information protection in both the public and private sectors and has been granted the UK’s highest level of Security Clearance. He has been a key security advisor to UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Open Banking Project. He is also a member of the UK’s Information Assurance Advisory Council (IAAC).
Joy Bhattacharjee
Non-Executive Director, Advisor
Joy, an accomplished thought leader and CxO advisor, currently serves as the Global Lead at IBM's Natural Resources Industry Competency Centre. He demonstrates outstanding Executive Leadership in manufacturing, automation, operational efficiency, and digital and business transformation. This includes expertise in AI, Industry 4.0, OT, Design Thinking, Business Continuity & DR Strategy. Joy is a Chevening Scholar and has completed an executive management program at Harvard Business School. Joy holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Management, contributing to value-driven industry engagements.

Debasish (Dev) Dutta
Head of Application, Software Security and Technical Security Training
Dev has 20+ years of experience in business applications, software engineering and technical security training within large global organisations and government sectors. He has expert knowledge in secure software development lifecycle along with strong business acumen. Dev holds Master’s In software engineering from University of Oxford and Masters in Quantitative Finance from London Business School.
Aaron Shone
Head of Security Architecture
Aaron has over 20 years of experience in security/information architecture, security incident management, and security analysis, working in major global sports events (FIFA, Olympics), pharmaceuticals, the UK public sector, and financial and defence industries. He has led the delivery of large-scale cross-industry cybersecurity projects. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng.) degree in Electronics and CISSP, ISSAP, CREST and NCSC CCP qualifications.
Diptesh Saha
vCISO & Head of Managed Cyber Security Services
Diptesh has over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk advisory, security of enterprise IT infrastructure, managed security services and security operation centre. He is CISO, and heads cybersecurity practice at SNS India, and leads our managed security services function. Diptesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication along with CISSP, CISM qualification.
James Hinton
Head of Security Testing
James has performed a wide range of security testing including penetration tests, ICS/Drone testing and red team engagements over the past 16 years for both the private and public sector. He has helped develop multiple penetration testing practises and also helped assist in the training of technical resources and development of CREST services. James also helped developed the TigerScheme QST and SST process and technical evaluation. James spent many years training and consulting as a CHECK Team Leader for multiple practises and government agencies. This also includes auditing and verifying the skillsets of other organisation to perform CHECK engagements.
